OK OK OK!!!! Here are some more from our video shoot. I’m swamped and running behind on a lot of projects, so that’s why it’s taken me a week to get these up.
This is Kristen. Most of you know her better as “Ace”. She used to play for the Lady Vols back when they were winning National Championships left and right…before this years fine crop of ladies of course.
Natalie will be the next one that I post. Hopefully it won’t take me a week to get through hers too!

Greetings! Well, we’ve shot our long awaited video. Many of you may not know what that is, so I’ll enlighten you. I’ve seen several photographers around the country do these great promotional videos and I wanted one. So I enlisted the help of several of my wedding vendor friends and we did one of our own. On saturday we shot Melissa, who conveniently celebrated her one year anniversary with her husband the next day. Leah McCall did her flowers and had the GENIUS idea to do the black veil. We had such a great time. We shot more on Tuesday, but I haven’t even had a chance to look at those yet. So enjoy Melissa and there will be more to come soon.

Well, I finally did it. Most of you who know me, I’ve always had a thing about pink hair. I went to get my hair done on Friday with the thought that I was just going to brighten up the red. When I gave Brandy the reigns to have fun, she did! I was in extreme shock when I first saw it. Friday night was a bit rough too. However, once I got up on Saturday and took some time to style it and add a little curl, I was a lot better. Then when I got some make-up on, I felt even better. Now I LOVE it! That’s usually the story with my hair. I never like it the first day, but I always love it the next. I think that kids have been favorite through the change though. All these little girls that I’ve come across have told me how pretty they think it is. More than one thinks I look like a mermaid!
Yesterday we also started shooting the long awaited promo. I shot my friend Melissa down in the Old City and then in a pool. I haven’t had a chance to do anything but look at them, but I’m totally pumped! We’re shooting the rest of it on Tuesday. More of that to come soon.

Saturday night I photographed a surprise party for Ruthann Henry. My friend Brian Davis was the one who recommended me for this event. He’s the one who did all of the flowers. I later found out that her husband, J.E., used to play softball with my father-in-law along with some of the guests. What a small world! Happy Birthday Ruthann!

Dave and Kathi are so proud to welcome little Gavin! They have been such great friends to us and we’re so excited about their new addition. We never thought he would get here! He was born at 11:11 Saturday April 7. I’m not sure about the details, but I know he was 8 something and 22″. That size is expected when you’re a week late!
Congrats guys!

I had fun shooting Lani, Benji, and little Sydney the other day. Lani and I used to work together and then ran into each other a couple of weeks ago. I love the location where we shot. I’m hoping to take a bride back there sometime soon. Enjoy!

mmmmm……flowers are tasty treats!

Kathi and Dave are 2 of our closest friends. While Kathi helps me at weddings, Dave usually keeps Adam company. They are expecting their first little boy, Gavin, anytime now. Since Kathi was due this past friday, we’re hoping it’s soon!

Madeline is my friend Leah’s little girl. She was SO funny and had me rolling in a pile of feather boas with her. It makes me excited about Noah getting to be her age.

I’m sorry I’m just now getting these posted. I shot Mikey and Kari a couple of weeks ago. It was FREEZING! I couldn’t feel my hands by the time we got back in the car.
